Proposal for a Univeral Treaty

To Both Parties of PLANT and the Earth Alliance:


We of the United Emirates of ORB wish to discuss to you a treaty involving all three parties. This treaty will honor ORB, PLANT, and EAF independence and influence from each other.

“To commit no act of aggression against another nation, to never allow yourself to be invaded, and to never interfere in another nation’s conflicts or disputes.”

We feel that this ideology, which is the driving force in ORB’s politics, can help ease the tensions between coordinators and naturals and vice versa. ORB being a home to both of these types of people we hope that both the PLANTS and EAF will go in that direction.
That is why we are proposing a treaty that will be able to bring this dream to creation .
