the EAF gov't has just confirmed ORB's neutrality in this war. But something troubles me; we feel that EAF will threaten ORB once again. would it be okay if a ZAFT delegation went to EAF and forcefully tell them to PERMANANTLY accept our neutrality? they said "for now" so im a but uneasy. i hope the PLANTs will support their friends in ORB.

This war? no war has broken out yet but I as national defence committee chairman can assure ORB the if a war broke out the EAF would be wiped off the map before ORB can be threatened

According to the NationStates rules, the declaration of war must be unanimous. We have not yet agreed to war, therefore we are not at war. However, as the head of Foreign affairs, you have my word that if war breaks and the EF break their neutrality agreement with you, well.. it's not like we'd side with them. Understand?

I suggest that Orb draw up a neutrality treaty and present it to both the PLANTs and the OMNI, that way both sides have a clear idea of what the rules are, also perhaps treatment of POWs should be included?
